Named after our original recording studio in legendary Denmark Street, we are now based in Soho, the heart of central London. We specialise in everything sound - recording, mixing, mastering, music production, sound design, voice overs and podcast. Our equipment list includes iconic analogue brands alongside the latest digital tools. We have had the pleasure to record and produce for a broad range of fantastic artists, amongst our clients some of the biggest names in the industry, working alongside some of the top international companies.
The Denmark Street Studios family is a highly skilled and dedicated bunch of music lovers. Fusing brilliant technical expertise with the spirit of the famous street, we aim to provide a superior service and experience.
Founder Guy Katsav is a music producer, mix engineer, musician and remixer based in London. His selected credits include mixing a no. 1 album by The View and a Mercury award nominated album of 2011 Brit award winner – Laura Marling. He has engineered for David Guetta, Clean Bandit, Groove Armada, The Streets, Gossip, Akon, Noah and The Whale, Moby, Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark, Killa Kela, Kano, Sway, De La soul, Mr. Hudson and Lisa Marie Presley, among many others. Guy worked at Soho Recording Studios for nine years and in 2013 launched his own Denmark Street Studios in legendary music hub Denmark street. His versatile showreel also includes compositions for major commercial brands such as Sky and Evian. Recently he has been working with The Prodigy, Majestic, Major Lazer and more.
